Shipping policy

We are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping. Any damage  claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail, a tracking number is always provided once the order ships.

How do Ready to Ship (RTS) orders work?

If order is placed after 12pm it will be shipped out the next business day.

Custom Orders: 

When placing an order for custom items provide the date the order is needed. The date needed should not be the date of the event. If the date provided is the same day as the event. If the date of the event is the same day as the event we are not responsible if your items do not arrive in time for your event.

All custom made orders have a process time of 1-3 weeks before getting shipped. 

Holiday Seasons the process time may vary 1-3.5 weeks instead of the original ( WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS NOT INCLUDED).

Tracking Numbers

Tracking numbers and order confirmation will be available and sent to emails on file after placing an order.

All orders are shipped through USPS and only take 1-3 business days to arrive to your door depending on location and state. Please note, once items are shipped we are not held responsible for USPS delivers, any delivery issues with USPS must be handled with USPS because we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under shipping carrier they are responsible for claims & locating packages.

If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to the sender (D&D Infinity Customs) you must cover Reshipping fees to have the package returned to you with the shipping courier of your choice.
