Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final, we do not do refunds for online orders. Pre orders cannot be refunded due to our ALL SALES ARE FINAL POLICY, if you made a pre order you will receive your product no matter what. Exchanges are accepted for items in stock only. Custom items with names or pictures added to them are ineligible for exchange or refund request. When exchanging an item it must not be worn, washed, damaged, altered or used in any way. Do not ship any merchandise back without getting confirmation from us and the correct return address.

We do not refund shipping on Pre order items, due to all pre orders being shipped at the same rate it was purchased.
